Stalkin’ Mr. Brown

I live in a small town which means no Starbucks, no Target, no nothin’ that doesn’t come from Wal-Mart, BUT……it does means it’s small enough to stalk Mr. Brown when I am expecting new rubbah! He comes by my house about 4:0o p.m., but he’s at Auto Zone at 9:00 AM, RedCross Pharmacy right after that….on those rare occassions that I expedite my shipping, I’m there to meet him first thing…Bet you girls in the big city can’t do that!

Brand, new SU! rubbah – Garden Silhouettes will be a go-to set for me in the coming year, I am quite sure. It compliments Close as a Memory (that I use constantly) very well. This is for Emily’s Color Challenge 117 at SCS using Eggplant, Ruby Red and Certainly Celery. Emily did her job and challenged me today because I would have never chosen these colors on my own. I’ve accented my card with copper cording, eggplant ribbon and dazzling diamonds for a hint of extra shimmer on my flowers. (I say extra, cuz you KNOW that I used Shimmery White cardstock!) This pattern of the NEW Palette of Prints in Celery goes wonderfully with this set, too.

Thanks for looking! With the Color Challenge out of the way for today, I am off to check out my new IN COLORS! I’ll be back!
