WSC32: Song of Spring

I loved Beate’s sketch for today, and it was the perfect time to practice for a swap that I need to complete…by today. This is the first set that I purchased from the new Stampin’ UP! Spring Catalog, Song of Spring. LOL - I have to do mine *today*, too. Me and the next day air are likethis. . . . So soft and pretty. I love this birdie and what you’ve done with the torn frame and stitching. You’ve got skills to do that zigzag like that!

Oh, Lori…this is so delicate and earthy…all at the same time! Your background is absolutely perfect! It’s subtle tone on tone quality is just gorgeous! And THAT SEWING! That is awesome! Love, LOVE this card!

Gorgeous card! I love the sewed border, especially that you added that zigzag stitch on the side. LOVE the frame you made. Beautiful card. You are crazy though to make that for a swap, you know that, right?

Ooh Lori this is lovely. I love how you have incorporated different textures with teh stitching, tearing, etc.
I have a feeling you and I are working in the same deadline, LOL.

How lovely. The teared CS frame, the zig-zag stitching to the left (how’d ya do it…can’t sew here). I just love everything about this card. Thanksk for sharing and have a wonderful weekend.
