Elvis is In!

Quick post to let you that a new Elvis is in the building and available today. The Original Elvis…I like working with these images because they are just plain fun…. this is just a plain, ole black and white image that I blinged up with Tim Holtz Grungeboard (covered with black ink and black glitter), Bazzill Bling cardstock and May Arts Red Ribbon.

A quick note about Grungeboard:  These are basically laser die-cuts that are made of a leather-like material. You can dye them, emboss them, distress them, glitter then…they will take a lot of abuse. They are also pretty flexible. You can wrap them around subtle shapes. Lots of fun.

I’m off to fill up water balloons for a hotdog roast and water games party tonight in honor of  my sweet, sweet Ashley. You have to love a child who is totally and completely thrilled with water balloons and hotdogs for her birthday celebration..easy peasy. See you tomorrow!

Lori, give that little Ashley a birthday hug from me! How wonderful to have a little one so excited about an easy party! And enjoy your little ones - mine are all grown and out of the house. Of course now I have a sweet little granddaughter - her name is Anna (after the prophetess in Luke) and I call her my Anna Banana Girl! I love your Divine Design challenge (another thing I want to “get around to”!). I love your Elvis card too, even though I’m not an Elvis fan! I’ve found plenty to love at CHF, though! Big wink!

another great Elvis card, Lori. You can never go wrong with a black, white and red combo. Happy Birthday to your little sweetie. Hot dogs and water balloons sound good for my birthday too! I am getting to be the age where fun over rules style.
