Divine Design: He’s got plans!
March 9th, 2009
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” ~ Jeremiah 29:11
It’s time for Divine Design. I loved having a lot of time to work on this Saturday afternoon, and I’m excited to see what Angel Wilde, Jami Bova, Nancy Morgan and Taylor VanBruggen have to show this month. I learn a lot about the person I want to be thru these women. I hope you’ll check them out.
I chose a verse from a recent Verve purchase to work with this month. It seemed fitting. With all the issues in our country right now, I just tune a lot out because I know that He’s got plans for me. It’s that simple really. I’m gonna cling to that promise…I hope you’ll take a few minutes to consider the plans He has for you, plans for a hope and a future.
I loved this Pink Flamingo paper in the Stampin’ Up! catalo. It was so bright and cheerful! Of course, I really loved that it was laced with Chocolate Chip. I’m enjoying my BigShot. The TopNote Die is great and easy to layer. I also have been using this little Wingo Zingo alphabet from Sizzix - AND I LOVE IT! See ‘HOPE’ in the corner? This size is perfect for cards or scrapbook pages or tags. And you get the whole entire, complete alpha (upper and lower case) for 19.99!!! The flowers are Prima, buttons foof-a-la, brads from American Crafts.
Thanks for stopping by!

Lori, I LOVE this card! My 4 year old daughter, named Hope, has a disability, and her condition and our attitude about her condition was key to bringing my best friend to church and pursuing a relationship with God. Every time I see something that has that verse on it, I always buy it for her! She has her own little “Hope” collection! Thanks for sharing!
