In a JiFFY…

It’s Friday. It’s a JiFFy Friday. It’s a JiFFy Friday with a sketch.

Once a month, I get together with my friends, the JiFFy girls and we have a  friendly little challenge. Someone picks a patterned paper and someone else picks an image. We put it all together and get 5 or 6 different takes on the concept. It’s all just for fun…kind of.  You can see all of our JiFFy projects by visiting:

This month, Carole Burrage picked this darling little Elzybells Surfer Girl image. I’ve been focusing on healthy choices this year, so she’s a bit of an inspiration to me with her cute figure. Of course, I’ll never be 19 again, and I’ll never have a belly button ring. LOL! Then, sweet Michele picked the paper. It’s Shabby Flower from The Girl’s Paperie line. I loved these soft florals. I’m hoarding the few extra pieces that Michele sent me to work with. You’ll be seeing this paper again. Count on it.

I paired both of my JiFFy elements with Taylor’s Sketch today. It’s a special one because Taylor has free stamps up for grabs to top 3 entries this week. 🙂 Though skeptical at the beginning, I’m good with the final outcome. Isn’t that the way it goes?
