Here’s a super sweet little gal with her heart in her hand from the Cat’s Pajamas new set Merry Wishes. I just want to give her a big squeeze! She’s a sneak peek for their release this week. They have lots of fun and darling new image sneaks going on in their forum at Splitcoaststampers. The release is Tuesday night. Yay!
I love this little gal’s ‘heart in hand’. She’s paper pieced with scraps from Cosmo Cricket’s Mitten Weather and colored with Copic. Her hat is all glittered up. I used the Cat’s Pajamas Pennants Dies to make her Christmas tree. The tree was sprayed with Tsukineko shimmer spray and accented with pearls.
This may be the last card that I stitched happily on before my ‘sew-mini’ and I split up. I’m in the market for a new paper sewing machine. I’ll need one with a light above the needle compartment this time – and maybe some variable stitches – less than $100. Any suggestions?
Tonight is our annual church Thanksgiving Dinner. It’s one of my favorite times to be with our church family. I always take a relish tray, and I need to make a ‘covered dish’. After church this morning, I’ll need to pour over a favorite cookbook or two.
