Hello

Hello, my friends. I’m home after two weeks on-off the road to teach some crazy talented and beautiful ladies in both Georgia and Indiana. I love spending time with people who are just as crazy about ink as I am.

We have a few more Copic Marker classes coming up before the whirlwind of summer starts. Cindy is going to South Caralina next week. I’ll be in New Jersey just across the Hudson River from NYC in two weeks. Then we have Columbus, Ohio, the Washington DC area and Salt Lake City coming up…lots of great locations.  There are a few Color & Ink workshops coming up, too! (Boston, Calgary and Toronto!) Find the current class schedule here.

This is a card that I created with Mod Flowers from Inky Antics. Back to stamping roots with solid images and ink pads. I stamped the entire sheet of cardstock and then cut it up into panels to make several cards very quickly. So fun! The pearl was colored with my beautiful Copic BG11 Marker – through the airbrush. Airbrushing these little embellishments allows you to completely cover them with color without showing a pen ‘lift’ mark created by the pen leaving the non-porous surface.

I’m glad to be home with my family for a few days. I’ve done a little retail therapy this week, and I’m super excited to get crafty with some new stamps in the next few days.

Be back soon!
