Today, the team is sharing another beautiful set from Lisa Johnson Designs, Grand Holiday Greetings and a beautiful new Sheet Music Background. I decided to go a little shabby…
I stamped my sentiment in MFT Hot Fudge Premium Dye Ink on Whip Cream Card Stock and the music background in MFT Kraft Premium Dye Ink on Whip Cream Card Stock. I layered a Die-namics Oval Decorative Doily cut from kraft paper – so it’s thinner and less bulky – under the sentiment layer. Finally, I put everything together with MFT twine and a button. It’s a simple, but heartfelt message. I’ll love sharing this in a few months with a friend.
My husband and I are spending time with some friends from the Texas Panhandle this weekend. They are in town for the American Royal World Series of BBQ in the historic Kansas City Stockyards. They were invited to participate here after winning a state competition in Texas. Good times with good friends and great beef brisket!
If I can muster myself back to the desk after a weekend in bbq heaven, I’ll be back tomorrow with another teaser – probably one of my favorite projects yet!
